How soon can I expect my season ticket after ordering?

All season ticket orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Do you sell single show tickets in advance?

We don’t sell single show tickets in advance, but we do take reservations that will guarantee your seat(s)! Please reserve seats a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the show you’d like to attend.

All tickets are general admission. Any cost for your tickets will be paid at the time of admission to the program. We accept cash and card payments at the door.

Children and students are admitted free to all Pro-Art programs and performances. If you’ll be attending with children, we encourage you to reserve tickets for them as well.

Are reservations required to attend? How do I reserve seats?

Accepted Answer

No, reservations are not required to attend. We encourage reservations to reserve your seats. Rare shows in specific venues do sell out, so it’s always good to have one to be safe. Please reserve seats a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the show you’d like to attend.

I am a student, how can I get into your shows for free?

Just tell us you're a student at the door! If you’re under 18, you’re free regardless. If you’re over 18, please bring your student ID.

I need accessible parking, where can I park?

Accepted Answer

We work with a variety of venues and accessible parking spaces vary by location. Please call (276) 376-4520 or email contact@proartva.org and let us know ahead of the performance and we can direct you. Please leave a message with your contact information and we’ll get back to you.

Yes! Please call (276) 376-4520 or email contact@proartva.org ahead of the performance you'd like to attend and we will accommodate you.

What are your business hours?

Business hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except on show days!).

How long are your performances?

Accepted Answer

Performances are typically 90 minutes long and programs do not usually have an intermission. Our children's theater performances (i.e. The Barter Players, Shreds & Patches) are typically 60 minutes long.
